Better Digestion® Return Procedure

If you are unsatisfied with Better Digestion you may return the unopened bottle within 30 days from the purchase date for a full product refund (Shipping & Handling is not refunded – see terms and procedure below).

IMPORTANT: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) by contacting Better Digestion® Customer Care at 1-888-934-4378 prior to the return of your product. Shipments received without the RMA # marked clearly on the outside of the package will be refused.

Terms and Conditions

The RMA# is only valid for 30 days and must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping package. Shipments received by without RMA # will be refused.

When returning product for a refund you must include 2 items:

  1. The unopened bottle of Better Digestion®
  2. A copy of your receipt or shipping slip.

All sales outside of the 30 day window are final.

Pertinent Information on Returns

Returns usually take 15 - 30 business days from the time they are received back to Better Digestion® to be processed. Usually credit card refunds take 48 - 72 hours to show up on your credit card statement after this processing time and an email confirmation will be sent to you the day it is completed.

Better Digestion® Auto-ship Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your enrollment in the Better Digestion Auto-ship Program, please contact our Customer Care department at 1-888-934-4378.

Cancellations of Better Digestion monthly shipments must be received and confirmed by phone no later than 48 hours prior to your next ship date to stop your next shipment.

Customers must receive a Cancellation Verification Code to confirm the cancellation.
